Keeping up with scheduled maintenance is the key to long engine life, reliability, and peak performance on the water.

🔧 20-Hour Service (Break-In Service)

Purpose: Removes initial manufacturing debris and ensures the engine breaks in properly.
Why It Matters: This is a critical service for protecting long-term engine performance and reliability.

Service Includes:

  • Replace engine oil and oil filter

  • Replace gearcase lubricant

  • Inspect engine for leaks and proper operation

🛠 100-Hour / Annual Service

Purpose: Routine maintenance to keep your engine running at peak performance. Typically performed once per year.

Service Includes:

  • Change engine oil and oil filter

  • Replace fuel filters (including low-pressure and water separator)

  • Replace spark plugs

  • Change gearcase lubricant

  • Lubricate all grease points

  • Inspect propeller and prop shaft (repair or replace if needed)

  • Inspect and/or replace water pump impeller

  • Inspect sacrificial anodes

🔩 300-Hour / Major Service

Purpose: A comprehensive service designed to replace high-wear components and prevent costly breakdowns.

Service Includes:

  • All 100-hour service items

  • Replace water pump impeller (if not previously completed)

  • Replace accessory belts (alternator, timing belts where applicable)

  • Replace thermostats

  • Replace spark plugs
